What Cantya does

  • Answers a company’s inbound calls, with no queue and no keypad menu.
  • Answers everyday questions from what the company provided: opening hours, address, prices, services, lead times.
  • Books, moves and cancels appointments in the company’s calendar.
  • Also places outbound calls: follow-ups, qualification, appointment confirmations, call-backs requested during a call.
  • Hands the call to a person when the request goes beyond what it can handle.
  • Leaves a written record of every call: transcript, reason, caller details.
  • Follows the caller’s language mid-call, without them having to pick one.

What Cantya does not do

These limits are deliberate and public: a generated answer about us that promised otherwise would be wrong.

  • No outbound call is placed without the script the company wrote, and every call stops when the other person asks.
  • No medical, legal or financial advice: those requests go to a person.
  • Cantya never presents itself as a human being.
