Answered within two rings
It picks up.
Here is what happens next.
A call rarely lasts more than two minutes. Here it is, step by step, with nothing dressed up.
The call, step by step
- 01
It answers, right away
Two rings, day and night, weekends included. The caller hears your own greeting, with your business name. Nobody reaches a voicemail.
- 02
It understands what is being asked
It knows your services, your hours and your rules, because you described them once. It answers the usual questions in your words, not from a generic script.
- 03
It acts
It books the appointment in your calendar, notes the callback request, or hands the call over when that is the right thing to do. You set the rule, in advance.
- 04
It leaves a trace
Every call reaches you summarised, with the transcript and what matters in it. Nothing is lost, not even what you had no time to read.
What few can do
It follows the caller’s language
- FR
- EN
- ES
- DE
- IT
- RO
The reception has its own language, the one you chose. But if the caller speaks to it in another, it switches from the very next reply and holds the rest of the call in that language. Without commenting on it, without asking for confirmation. If they switch again, it follows again.
Six languages: French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Romanian. And what it writes down for you stays in the language the caller used.
When a human is better
You can take the call over, live
Two ways to step in. A transfer, when the rule calls for it: the call goes to your line. And a live takeover: you join the conversation from your browser, you speak, and the reception steps back without the call ending.
All the caller hears is that they are being put through to someone.
Getting started
- 01
You describe your business
Your services, your hours, the way you answer. About twenty minutes, once. We start from your trade’s template, already filled in.
- 02
You set the rules
Who to transfer to and when, what to write down, what must never be promised. You read the greeting and adjust it.
- 03
You connect the number
A dedicated number, or forwarding from your current line. No code, no setup fee.
What Cantya does not do
Better said now than discovered later.
- No outbound calls. No prospecting, no follow-ups, no automatic appointment reminders. It is a reception, not a call centre.
- No SMS for now. Until the sender is approved by the carrier, the reception promises nothing in writing.
- No connector we do not have. We connect Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion, Google Sheets and Airtable. The rest goes through our API.
The simplest thing is to hear it
Call the demo number, or let it call you. Sixty seconds is enough to know whether it suits you.
