Cantya answers, checks your Microsoft 365 availability, offers a time and adds the appointment to Outlook, in between your Teams meetings. Nothing to copy out by hand.

Added by you in Outlook
You add a Teams meeting on Thursday at 4 pm: the next caller will not be offered that slot.
The Outlook connector links Cantya’s AI phone answering to the primary calendar of a Microsoft 365 work account. During a call, Cantya checks your availability so it only offers free slots, then adds the agreed appointment to Outlook with the caller’s name and the reason for the call.
In a business that runs on Microsoft 365, the Outlook calendar is already the reference schedule: Teams meetings, travel, time off. An appointment taken over the phone and noted somewhere else ends up clashing with one of them.
With the connector, the appointment lands in the same place as the rest of your week, and a slot already taken in Outlook is never offered. If a customer calls back to move or cancel, Cantya updates the event in the same way.
Setup
In your Cantya workspace, under Integrations. Only the account owner can connect a calendar.
You sign in on Microsoft’s own sign-in page with your work account. Cantya never sees your password.
Length, buffer, opening hours: these decide which slots are offered. The calendar only says what is already taken.
Call your number, ask for an appointment, and watch it appear in Outlook.
Microsoft only gives access to availability for work accounts. With a personal Outlook.com or Hotmail address, Cantya cannot see your busy slots: connect your company account instead.
Cantya reads and writes the primary calendar of the connected account. Secondary calendars, shared calendars and one calendar per team member are not supported today.
What you add in Outlook blocks slots. However, a Cantya appointment that you delete or move directly in Outlook is not updated in your Cantya workspace. If access is cut off, you get an e-mail and reconnect in one click.
