Cantya answers, checks your free slots, offers a time and adds the appointment to your calendar while you are busy elsewhere. Nothing to copy out by hand.

Added by you in Google Calendar
You add a meeting on Friday at 10:00: the next caller will not be offered that slot.
The Google Calendar connector links Cantya’s AI phone answering to the primary calendar of your Google account. During a call, Cantya checks your busy times so it only offers free slots, then adds the agreed appointment to the calendar with the caller’s name and the reason for the visit.
Without a connector, an appointment taken over the phone goes through a note, a message or a sticky label, and then gets typed in by hand. That is where double bookings and forgotten appointments come from.
With it, the calendar you already check on your phone fills up call after call. If a customer calls back to move or cancel, Cantya updates the event in the same way.
Setup
In your Cantya workspace, under Integrations. Only the account owner can connect a calendar.
You grant access on Google’s own sign-in page. Cantya never sees your password.
Length, buffer, opening hours: these decide which slots are offered. The calendar only says what is already taken.
Call your number, ask for an appointment, and watch it appear in your calendar.
Cantya reads and writes the primary calendar of the connected Google account. Secondary calendars and one calendar per practitioner are not supported today.
What you add in Google blocks slots. However, a Cantya appointment that you delete or move directly in Google is not updated in your Cantya workspace.
Access revoked or expired on Google’s side: you get an e-mail and reconnect in one click. Until then, Cantya offers slots based on your opening hours alone.
